Job Description
Primary Function
Serve as the operational and strategic program manager for go-to-market (GTM) activities, you will match up with the area lead and their team to support GTM efforts with focus on our strategic priority areas (e.g., partners, practices, verticals, etc.). As program manager, this role will oversee the intake, coordination, planning, and execution of GTM programs and campaigns while managing calendars, timelines, and deliverables.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Asset Development & Deployment:
Coordinate within the team to collect and collate materials and POVs for asset development.
Collaborate across enablement and marketing teams for the development, deployment, and execution of key assets. This includes support for coordination between enablement and marketing materials to be delivered cross-functionally to teams.
Ensure alignment with the content team to streamline outputs and maintain messaging consistency.
2. Coordination & Collaboration:
Act as a cross-team liaison to refine messaging, prioritize deliverables, and schedule initiatives within the GTM framework and launch structure.
Support the orchestration of BAU (Business As Usual) elements in tandem with key priorities.
Drive feedback loops to refine and enhance assets, offerings, and strategies based on field insights.
Serve as the primary point of contact for field team queries regarding GTM materials, strategies, and processes.
3. Program Management:
Oversee the intake and management of program plans and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage program calendars, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of programs and campaigns.
Coordinate intake and execution of program elements across various team members to ensure deadlines are hit and outputs are approved and quality assured
Evidence performance of programs by delivering regular status reports
Work with relevant team members to manage key initiatives and channels within the program including relevant events, paid media, web, social, etc.
4. Strategic Input:
Partner with the team lead to identify and evaluate growth opportunities within GTM strategies.
Consult team leads on best practices and provide inputs to strategic direction
Ensure alignment with broader company GTM hierarchies and priorities
Align with broader GTM processes, calendars, and frameworks to ensure long-term success.
Provide recommendations to improve marketing and GTM strategies based on market insights.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in program management within a marketing or GTM team environment. Bonus if you also have experience in technology, consulting, or startups.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within scope.
- Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Airtable, and other project management platforms.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing or creating website content, prospecting & retention emails, thought leadership, case studies and social media alongside key stakeholders
- Strong sense of taking initiative and accountability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
