One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc., is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the Houston, TX area. We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Invoicing Clerk.
The Invoicing Clerk includes the following responsibilities:
Performs daily invoicing functions within the accounting or sales division of a company.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable by generating accurate, complete, and timely invoices using billing software.
Research and fix billing errors.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Must have good computer software skills.
Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills.
