One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc., is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the Houston, TX area. We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Invoicing Clerk.

The Invoicing Clerk Includes The Following Responsibilities

• Performs daily invoicing functions within the accounting or sales division of a company.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable by generating accurate, complete, and timely invoices using billing software.
• Research and fix billing errors.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must have good computer software skills.
• Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills.

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
