Social Media and Email Marketing Manager

As a social media and Email Marketing Manager in the sewing industry, your role will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective online marketing And web site strategies to promote our sewing-related products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive customer conversions. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Strategy Development:

• Develop comprehensive social media and email marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
• Research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

2. Content Creation and Management:

• Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics that showcase our sewing products, tutorials, and industry expertise.
• Curate user-generated content that highlights customer experiences and projects related to sewing.
• Plan and schedule social media posts and email campaigns using appropriate tools.

3. Audience Engagement:

• Foster a vibrant online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms.
• Initiate and participate in conversations to build rapport and establish the company as a go-to resource in the sewing community.

4. Email Marketing:

• Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and product updates.
• Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and purchase history to deliver personalized content.

5. Campaign Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor the performance of social media and email campaigns using relevant analytics tools.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the marketing team Logical Position, suggesting optimizations based on data-driven findings.

6. Partnerships and Influencer Collaborations:

• Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and industry experts in the sewing space to expand our brand reach.
• Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content and promotions that resonate with their followers.

7. Stay Abreast of Industry Trends:

• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in both the sewing industry and digital marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of online marketing strategies.

8. Graphic Design and Multimedia:

• Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for marketing campaigns using design tools.
• Coordinate with the design team Logical Position to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.

9. Customer Feedback and Insights:

• Gather feedback from customers through social media interactions and surveys to refine marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.

10. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Communication:

• Work closely with the sales, design, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution of campaigns.

11. Compliance and Best Practices:

• Stay informed about relevant regulations and best practices related to email marketing, data privacy, and online advertising.

• Based in Fresno (or willing to move)
• Passionate about social media and digital marketing

• 4-year degree is preferred, but not required
