Overview
Successful Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) candidates will provide implementation, development, and supervision of Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.
This position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000
Duties and responsibilities
- Oversee programming and directly supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) while working with clients. This includes modeling and training on programs and behavioral strategies, and helping to develop and monitor quality programming by observing its implementation, providing feedback based on observations, and adjusting programming on a regular basis to meet each client's individual needs
- Parent training implementation and oversight including regular meetings with caregivers to introduce and review programs, behavior support plans, and progress being made; discussion and review of parent treatment goals and implementation of programming aimed at teaching parent skills to more independently and successfully interact with their child
- Case management, including analysis of program and behavior data, writing curriculum and intervention plans, researching programming ideas/programs, and writing progress reports; program design of treatment plans and modifications as client needs change or goals are met
- Create and implement curriculum and programming to fit the individual needs of each client including the creation of stimuli and other materials, as well as datasheets, program sheets, and other forms of documentation
- Provide modeling and hands-on training to BTs related to programming, skill development, behavioral strategies, and other clinical skills required to provide quality ABA service
- Track and report billable hours for insurance providers through practice management software
- Participate in the intake process for potential clients including the parent interview process, direct behavioral observation, conducting assessments (i.e., behavioral, adaptive, and social skills assessments), and analyzing all background information and documentation to create a comprehensive initial treatment plan
- Evaluate Behavior Technician performance to recommend personnel actions such as hiring, retention, promotion, transfer, or dismissal
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA Certification from the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
- Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year of ABA experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Knowledge of assessments and evaluations related to ABA services
- Proficient in data collection and analysis
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets

Working conditions
Work performed in an office environment, clinical center, and client homes. Travel to client homes to provide services.

Pay: $73.00 - $87.00 per hour
