    Autism Solutions partners with Autism Solutions Academy, a private school for Autistic children, preschool through high school age. ABA therapy takes place during the school day, allowing students to receive 1 : 1 support, intensive ABA while also receiving a quality, engaging, and individualized education.

    Responsibilities

  • Complete initial assessments within the timelines outlined in the BCBA handbook
  • Timely completion of reauthorizations
  • Meet minimum supervision requirements as outlined in the BCBA handbook
  • Complete assigned number of BT / RBT bi-monthly evaluations
  • Maintain client materials
  • Maintain Catalyst and ensure goals are current, sufficient for the requested number of hours, address main deficit areas, and complete
  • Write behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans in align with Autism Solutions values, and Autism Solutions prohibitive practices
  • Create and maintain current behavior plans that address problem behaviors, incorporate antecedent strategies, and teach replacement behaviors
  • Meet monthly billing requirements (90-100% of requested hours billed per month)
  • Complete 90-100% of assigned parent training hours
  • Willingness to maintain two evening clients on caseload
  • Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with client caregivers
  • Maintain professional and collaborative relationship with teachers
  • Attend ATMR meetings
  • Attend Parent Teacher conferences
  • Participate in monthly center meetings and BCBA team trainings
  • Requirements

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting
  • Must be able to stand, kneel and lift / carry at least 50 lbs from the ground
  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Active Certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Utah State Licensure
  • Current CAQH profile
  • 8 hour supervisor training
  • Competency in behavior skills training (BST)
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : $92,500.00 - $105,000.00 per year
