Job Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to pass a background check
- Eligibility to sit for the certification board exam
- Passion for working in and growing within the mental health field
- Willingness to complete the provided online training course
- Previous experience as an RBT or in a related field (preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts in preparing teaching materials and setting up the environment
- Collect and record data aligned with client goals
- Support behavior analysts in conducting assessments
- Provide direct one-on-one and group behavioral services
- Communicate with clients, caregivers, and stakeholders regarding client progress (with supervisor approval)
- Offer constructive feedback and collaborate with the team to enhance client treatment
- Follow protocols and guidelines outlined in the treatment plan
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
