ABOUT US:
This role requires supervisory experience within a residential setting.
Autism Breakthrough provides a range of tailored services to adults with autism and their families and serves as a resource for the broader community. This includes creating a community-based housing that serves adults with a diverse range of abilities. Our goal is to teach, encourage, and support individuals with disabilities to live rewarding lives.
The House Supervisor assists people with autism in community living and community services, modeling and teaching skills, participating in recreational activities, providing transportation, supporting people on jobs, and helping people achieve personal outcomes. The House Supervisor is responsible for helping ensure the quality of care in the homes and of the homes in which Breakthrough provides services. House Supervisors are part of a professional team responsible for assisting each individual to live a safe, enjoyable life in their community with opportunities to learn and to exercise increasing independence and control over their lives. House Supervisors also assist with communication with DSP’s, parents, conservators, and the administrative offices. All duties are performed with the knowledge that Breakthrough strives to be the model of excellence for adults with autism.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
