Salary
Our salary package includes competitive hourly rates, with an additional $1 per hour for Spanish-speaking individuals. We also offer daily pay advances, empowering early access to earned wages, and extra pay for work performed after 6:30pm or on weekends.

Job Description
As a Behavior Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining active participation for the length of the session by engaging in play and keeping up with the energy of the child.
- Accurately recording treatment data on the child's program goals.
- Teaching communication skills, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 6 months of paid working experience with children, volunteer program experience with kids, or ABA experience.
- Proficiency in using technology, including iPads, tablets, and laptops, to capture client session data.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance.
- The ability to keep up with active children and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
