Your Responsibilities
- You will inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support.
- You will conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs, continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem-solving.
- You will stay calm and professional in challenging situations, adapting to change with flexibility, and continuously seeking opportunities for growth.
- You will proactively communicate, take initiative, and welcome learning to create a safe environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Salary : $78,000 - $84,000
