- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors
- Develop personalized treatment plans that align with the individual's goals and objectives
- Provide parent education and training to ensure seamless collaboration between home and therapy settings
- Supervise and guide Behavior Technicians in their daily work, ensuring high-fidelity implementation of treatment plans
Requirements:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
