Salary Range: $90,000 – $115,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 3pm

With a commitment to excellence and compassionate care, we are expanding our footprint into Georgia and are seeking a passionate, experienced Clinical Director to lead our McDonough clinic.
Position Summary:
The Clinical Director (CD) will serve as the senior clinical leader of our McDonough, GA clinic. This role is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is ready to take on a leadership role with a focus on quality assurance, clinical supervision, and team development. The CD will oversee the clinical operations of the clinic, manage a team, ensure compliance with clinical standards and ethical practices, and contribute to the growth and sustainability of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight & Supervision
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance for 1 clinic site.
- Ensure high-quality ABA programming is being implemented in alignment with organizational standards and BACB guidelines.
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to assigned BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
- Conduct clinical file audits and treatment plan reviews to ensure clinical integrity and compliance.
Staff Development & Training
- Onboard and train new clinical staff to promote consistency in care.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support ongoing professional development.
- Facilitate clinical team meetings and encourage collaboration among team members.
Client Care & Family Communication
- Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure client progress is tracked and communicated effectively.
- Participate in case reviews and provide support with complex cases as needed.
- Serve as a point of escalation for clinical concerns from families or staff.
Administrative & Operational Collaboration
- Collaborate with operations, intake, and HR to support staffing, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Monitor clinic utilization and productivity metrics.
- Ensure compliance with state, payer, and organizational policies.
Quality Assurance & Growth
- Support initiatives that enhance clinical services, family satisfaction, and organizational culture.
- Participate in accreditation, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in ABA with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Experience supervising RBTs and BCBAs in a clinic-based setting preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage clinical programs, mentor staff, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong knowledge of state Medicaid guidelines and insurance compliance (Georgia preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
