As a key member of our clinical leadership, you will oversee client programs, provide supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians, and ensure clinical best practices are implemented across all areas of operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and evaluate client programs to ensure continuous progress under the guidance of a BCBA.
- Provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to address client needs.
- Motivate and mentor behavior technicians to help them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Enrolled in or completed Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program.
- Experience working with software solutions for data collection and programming.
- 2-3 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
