**Clinical Excellence Leader**
We are seeking a dedicated leader to join our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and contribute to clinical excellence. With a clear career growth plan, you will have the opportunity to learn from one of the largest networks of BCBAs.
The Opportunity
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- $27.00 - $33.00 per hour based on experience, skills, and geography
- Achievable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunity ($35,000 in your first three years)
Additional benefits include:
- Opportunity for direct & indirect supervision hours, study support and training to help you pass the BCBA exam
- 13 days off annually between holidays, including 1 floating holiday and PTO that begins to accrue from Day 1
Our comprehensive onboarding program includes:
- 60 hours of training during the first 3-4 weeks of integration, covering topics such as clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, and CPT codes
- Weekly office hours or 1:1 support from our Clinical Development team, as needed
Education and Mentorship
We offer:
- Monthly CEUs and an annual in-house conference featuring leading researchers in the field
- Flexible scheduling with options for mornings, mid-day, and afternoons up until 6:30pm most nights, with two to three evenings per week of availability until 8:30pm (with extra pay for evenings)
You'll have full control over your schedule and can make-up sessions as needed.

About You
We're looking for someone who can:
- Inspire growth and progress by supervising and evaluating client programs, providing parent education, conducting assessments, and solving problems under the guidance of a BCBA
- Empower and support behavior technicians by motivating and mentoring them, coordinating client visits, and offering coaching and clinical support to enhance service quality
- Champion accountability by ensuring clients receive full clinical prescriptions, maintaining accurate records of billable hours, and delivering timely progress reports and treatment plans
