What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Support Program Manager position at East Bay Community Action Program?
East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a full time Community Support Program Manager for our IHH Team in our Behavioral Health Services Office located at 2 Old County Road in Barrington, RI.
The Program Manager will provide leadership and direction regarding the development of health services plans of the treatment plan meetings; monitor each consumer’s status and response to health coordination and prevention activities; and provide feedback regarding staff performance. Direct and supervise multidisciplinary clinical, case management, peer, nursing and vocational staff engaged in the
care coordination and the delivery of intensive community-based services to an adult population living
with severe and persistent mental illness or Co-Occurring Disorders.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Human Service with LICSW/LMHC. Three (3) to five (5) years post-graduate clinical experience in rehabilitative mental health. Familiarity with RIACT2 regulations a plus. Also requires 1-2 years of managerial and supervisory experience. Experience working with clients with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness as well as Co-occurring disorders and MAT. Knowledge of BHDDH Regulations.
