DAY-TO-DAY. As a full-time Development Associate, you will collaborate with the ASNC Development Department to develop and implement strategies for the identification, cultivation, engagement, solicitation, and stewardship of current and prospective donors with a special focus on event sponsorship and major gifts.
- Key responsibilities will include sponsorship recruitment, individual donations, and securing corporate donations.
- Key capacities include well developed interpersonal and relationship building skills, public speaking skills, securing financial contributions, detailed oriented, computer proficient, and having the ability to coordinate many relationships and events simultaneously.

2 years development experience and Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
