- Responsibilities
- Complete initial assessments within the timelines outlined in the BCBA handbook
- Timely completion of reauthorizations
- Meet minimum supervision requirements as outlined in the BCBA handbook
- Complete assigned number of BT / RBT bi-monthly evaluations
- Maintain client materials
- Maintain Catalyst and ensure goals are current, sufficient for the requested number of hours, address main deficit areas, and complete
- Write behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans in align with Autism Solutions values, and Autism Solutions prohibitive practices
- Create and maintain current behavior plans that address problem behaviors, incorporate antecedent strategies, and teach replacement behaviors
- Meet monthly billing requirements (90-100% of requested hours billed per month)
- Complete 90-100% of assigned parent training hours
- Willingness to maintain two evening clients on caseload
- Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with client caregivers
- Maintain professional and collaborative relationship with teachers
- Attend ATMR meetings
- Attend Parent Teacher conferences
- Participate in monthly center meetings and BCBA team trainings
- Requirements
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting
- Must be able to stand, kneel and lift / carry at least 50 lbs from the ground
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active Certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Utah State Licensure
- Current CAQH profile
- 8 hour supervisor training
- Competency in behavior skills training (BST)
