Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver parent training that empowers families and drives better client outcomes
- Provide direct therapy and supervision to maximize clinical impact and meet utilization goals
- Oversee clinical quality by reviewing data, notes, and ensuring compliance
- Mentor and supervise RBTs, BTs, and ABA graduate students in line with BACB standards
- Lead team meetings and conduct bi-weekly check-ins with your behavior technicians
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans with evidence-based strategies
- Develop and facilitate clinical staff training to support ongoing development
- Collaborate across teams to refine center policies and contribute to best practices
- Stay current through ongoing professional development and mentorship
- Support families through care coordination as needed
What You Bring:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical decision-making and analytical skills
- A collaborative spirit and passion for mentorship and team-building
