Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and applied behavior analysis, with a focus on providing high-quality care to children with various behavioral challenges. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate behavioral issues and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support for clients.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members involved in the implementation of treatment plans.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify specific behavioral health concerns.
  • Stay current with research and best practices in the field of behavioral therapy and special education.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and ability to navigate medical records effectively.
  • Proficient in patient assessment techniques and diagnostic evaluation methods.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or behavioral challenges.
  • Expertise in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and understanding when working with clients facing behavioral difficulties.
  • Familiarity with behavioral health concepts and practices related to special education settings.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour

Experience:

  • ABA Therapy: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
