Job Title: QASP-S / LABA (Licensed Applied Behavioral Analyst)
Location: Durham, NC & Raleigh, NC

We are seeking a qualified QASP-S / LABA to join our expanding team in Durham and Raleigh, NC.
Position Summary:
The QASP-S / LABA will work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities, delivering high-quality ABA therapy to help improve their social, communication, and behavioral skills. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide supervision, training, and oversight of direct care staff while developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and conducting assessments to ensure optimal progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs) based on assessment results.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to address behavioral challenges and promote skill acquisition.
- Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians and other direct care staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions for treatment planning.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and integration of ABA interventions across environments.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and compliance with company policies and state regulations.
- Participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- QASP-S (Qualified Autism Services Practitioner-Supervisor) certification required.
- LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst) certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in ABA therapy, preferably with children with autism.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior analysis, and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to supervise and train others in the implementation of ABA interventions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Must pass a background check and other required screenings.
