Auto Body Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, with expertise in sheet metal work, auto estimating, and vehicle maintenance. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on damaged vehicles, including bodywork, frame straightening, and welding.
• Execute sheet metal repairs and replacements as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair processes and timelines.
• Assist in vehicle maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in automotive repair.
• Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment operation.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the repair process.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.50 - $29.07 per hour
