We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist who possesses excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. The Receptionist will handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service. Additionally, this role involves performing basic accounting functions related to accounts receivable and payable.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer and manage incoming customer calls, assist customers, and maintain the customer waiting area.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries.
  • Process paperwork related to deals, contracts, and invoices.
  • Copy, scan, and upload various documents.
  • Assist management with tasks such as checking in new vehicles, processing gas purchase orders, and managing dealer trades.
  • Treat coworkers with respect and maintain integrity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits :

This is an hourly position paying $15.00-$17.00 per hour. Starting pay is determined based on several factors, which can include the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, education, and geographic area.

  • Ability to multitask and complete work in a timely manner.
  • Efficient problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes in the work environment.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
  • Preferred Education / Experience :

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
