Responsibilities:
- Effective Communication: Answer incoming calls and redirect them as necessary, ensuring excellent customer service.
- AP/AR Management: Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Dispatching: Efficiently coordinate and dispatch tasks to the appropriate team members, optimizing operational efficiency.
- Account Management: Support account management activities, providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.
- Financial Processing: Enter checks into the system and conduct deposit drop-offs at the bank, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, enabling efficient data management and communication.
- Time Management and Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent time management skills and communicate effectively, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and information is conveyed accurately.
- Ability to Work Independently: Possess the ability to work independently, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and delivering results.
