Responsibilities :
Effective Communication : Answer incoming calls and redirect them as necessary, ensuring excellent customer service.
AP / AR Management : Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
Dispatching : Efficiently coordinate and dispatch tasks to the appropriate team members, optimizing operational efficiency.
Account Management : Support account management activities, providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.
Financial Processing : Enter checks into the system and conduct deposit drop-offs at the bank, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements :
Valid Driver's License.
Proficiency in MS Office : Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, enabling efficient data management and communication.
Time Management and Communication Skills : Exhibit excellent time management skills and communicate effectively, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and information is conveyed accurately.
Ability to Work Independently : Possess the ability to work independently, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and delivering results.
