Identity and Access Engineer
As our Identity and Access Engineer, you will be a valuable part of the Identity Management team, dedicated to the automation of provisioning while maintaining security and overall efficiency of our Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solution. We have a big year ahead for 2025, while we continue to modernize our Identity Management processes and automate provisioning with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
What You’ll Do
- Daily you will be driving the implementation of Saviynt EIC initiatives.
- You’ll learn current processes, procedures, and various supported systems to assist with automation of provisioning.
- You will be leading efforts related to IGA initiatives, working with the Identity team, other business units and other IT departments.
- You’ll lead Saviynt EIC Implementations : Design, configure, and implement Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) solutions to support identity lifecycle management, access governance, and provisioning processes.
- You will guide junior team members and providing technical direction within projects or initiatives.
- You’ll collaborate with Cross-functional Teams : Partner with business units, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, perform data mapping, and align identity management strategies with business needs.

The starting pay range for this position is :
106,900.00 - $142,200.00
Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
