What are the responsibilities and job description for the Travel Systems Help Desk Technician 2 position at Auto Club Of Southern Calif?
As a Travel Systems Help Desk Technician, you will be delivering problem resolution, notification, and escalation for general IS-related issues. You may also be assigned to participate in projects impacting the business or projects geared towards the improvement of process.
What You’ll Do
Everyday you will be supporting an enterprise of 15 thousand employees processing ticket requests for travel system issues, password resets, outlook issues etc.
Support platforms and technology such as multifactor identification, new user logins, and new system installations.
You will assist in installing software or troubleshooting hardware issues if applicable. Most troubleshooting will take place via phone or chat.
What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you must have previous Travel reservation experience with Apollo and Globalware systems.
Your comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment.
Travel Agent industry certifications not required but preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills a must.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$26.22 - $34.93
