Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling potential clients and following up on leads.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers in understanding financing options and vehicle pricing.
- Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring accurate listings.
- Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits that meet their needs.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while providing exceptional phone etiquette during customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
- Provide regular updates on inventory management and sales progress to ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of retail math and inventory control processes.
- Excellent cold calling skills with a track record of successful outbound sales.
- Ability to manage inventory effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in sales management is a plus but not required.
