The Ford Salesman is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling Ford vehicles and related products. This role involves building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process to ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Greet customers and engage with them to assess their vehicle needs.
- Provide information on Ford vehicles, including features, specifications, and financing options.
- Sales Process:
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final sale.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers.
- Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Inventory Management:
- Stay knowledgeable about current inventory and upcoming models to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in merchandising and displaying vehicles on the sales floor.
- Administrative Duties:
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, including sales contracts and financing applications.
- Maintain customer records and track sales leads using dealership software.
- Team Collaboration:

Qualifications
Qualifications:
