Job Duties: Answer in-coming customer calls, provide requested information, establish job estimates for auto glass repair or replacement, receive customer payments, follow-up with customers receiving quotes, schedule jobs and confer with installation technicians; other office duties as required. Complete training with raise after 90 days, based on performance. General familiarity with vehicles is a plus and good phone skills is a requirement. Some outbound customer solicitation required.
