Phone Operator and BDC Representative
Job Description

We are looking to fill a full-time position with someone that is a positive, reliable, energetic multi-tasker who is able to work well with others to fill our Internet/BDC Representative and Phone Operator position. This person is typically the first person with which a customer speaks when calling our dealer group.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from current and potential customers by answering a multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly
- Perform service department outbound follow-up calls
- Complete, respond to, and assign internet leads, throughout the entire dealership group accordingly
- Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
- Help with photo operations, including simple editing and website uploading
- Help maintain customer database
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Computer skills a must: proficient in Excel while managing multiple systems and two screens simultaneously
- Ability to multi-task easily
- 1 year Customer Service experience
- Multi-line phone, CRM and photo editing experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person.
- Ability to sit in front of a computer and on the phone for long periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Monday through Friday availability, Saturdays are required on a rotational basis
- Ability to talk and type at the same time
- Excellent phone etiquette
Salary : $14 - $19
