What You’ll Do:
- Stay ahead of the curve by learning and mastering the latest repair techniques for the vehicles we sell and service.
- Take ownership of body and fender repairs, following estimates and making adjustments as necessary to get the job done right.
- Work efficiently and with precision to complete all repair orders to the highest standards.
- Perform expert welding, soldering, body alignment, and oxidation operations to restore vehicles to their former glory.
- Diagnose and fix malfunctions with a sharp eye, ensuring vehicles leave our shop in top shape.
- Work closely with our parts department to secure the right parts for every job, ensuring smooth and timely repairs.
- Inspect vehicles for any additional safety or service needs, ensuring our customers’ cars are always in top condition.
- Be a go-to expert for the Body Shop Manager, providing advice on additional work that may be needed.
- Stay in the know with the latest technical bulletins, service manuals, and other resources to make sure your skills are always sharp.
- Operate all Body Shop equipment safely and effectively, making sure the job is done right and on time.
- Keep customers’ vehicles spotless throughout the repair process — a clean car is a happy customer!
- Immediately document all completed work to maintain accurate records and keep things running smoothly.
- Follow all federal, state, and local regulations, especially when it comes to hazardous waste disposal.
- Before working on personal vehicles, ensure management approval and create a repair order.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
