Duties

- Manage customer interactions, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the service experience.
- Conduct auto estimating for repairs and services, providing customers with clear and transparent pricing.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and dealership policies regarding air brake systems, tire services, shocks, struts, and alignment.
- Maintain effective cash handling procedures within the service department.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service and technical skills related to automotive repair.
- Monitor inventory levels for parts and supplies needed for service operations.
