Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership and provide them with exceptional service.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, including specifications and pricing.
- Utilize effective sales techniques such as upselling to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage customer inquiries through outbound sales efforts, following up on leads promptly.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking vehicle availability and coordinating with the dealership team.
- Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Handle paperwork associated with sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within a dealership or retail environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with retail math to assist in pricing discussions and financial calculations.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of customers.
- Experience in outbound sales or retail sales is highly desirable.
