Responsibilities

- Utilize Google Suite for scheduling, document creation, and communication among team members.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by providing necessary training on office procedures and systems.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role is preferred.
