AZ MVD Title Processor - Certified

Auto Now Financial Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Certified AZ MVD Title & Registration Processor to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Title and Registration Processor, you will be responsible for processing and verifying vehicle titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers, resolving title issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

• Working closely with dealerships and title department support staff to provide solutions
• Be a team player who looks for opportunity to improve procedures and efficiencies
• Conduct data entry tasks to update and maintain records
• Process and analyze incoming data with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide the highest level of customer service to external as well as internal customers.
• Perform outbound calling to customers for upselling opportunities
• Meet and exceed production goals set by the department on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Complete additional technical training as available and/or required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current MVD Processor Certification (MUST)
• MAX proficient (MUST)
• Skilled with PC and Microsoft operating systems, and a variety of telephone equipment.
• Must be self motivated with strong decision making abilities
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
• Certified for performing Level One Inspections
• Experience with performing daily batches, deposits, and working with state MVD.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working as a licensed third party MVD CSR.
• Notary Public certification (A plus)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Bilingual in English & Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
