Auto Now Financial Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified AZ MVD Title & Registration Processor to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Title and Registration Processor, you will be responsible for processing and verifying vehicle titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers, resolving title issues, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role. • Expectations:

• Working closely with dealerships and title department support staff to provide solutions to daily issues as they arise.
• Be a team player who looks for opportunity to improve procedures and efficiencies
• Must be self motivated with strong decision making abilities
• Provide the highest level of customer service to external as well as internal customers.
• Meet and exceed production goals set by the department on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Complete additional technical training as available and/or required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Qualifications:

• Current MVD Certification and MAX proficient
• Must be self motivated with strong decision making abilities
• Skilled with PC and Microsoft operating systems, and a variety of telephone equipment.
• Certified for performing Level One Inspections
• Experience with daily performing daily batches, deposits, and working with state MVD.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working as a licensed third party MVD CSR.
• Notary Public certification (A plus)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Responsibilities:
  - Process and analyze incoming data with accuracy and efficiency
  - Perform outbound calling to customers for upselling opportunities
  - Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish if bilingual
  - Conduct data entry tasks to update and maintain records
  - Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
• Requirements:
  - Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
  - Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
  - Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
  - Experience in data entry and processing tasks
  - Multilingual abilities are advantageous for this role
