Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers professionally, building rapport and trust with each interaction.
- Consultative Sales: - Conduct thorough assessments of customers' financial situations and credit histories to determine eligibility for BHPH financing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Vehicle Selection: -Assist customers in selecting vehicles from our inventory that meet their budget and preferences, providing detailed information about each vehicle's features and benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and pricing.
- Financing Solutions: Explain BHPH financing terms, interest rates, down payments, and monthly payment options clearly to customers, ensuring they fully comprehend their obligations.
- Credit Application Processing: Collect and process customer credit applications, verify income and employment information, and submit applications for approval.
- Documentation: Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Customer Education: Educate customers about the importance of on-time payments, consequences of defaulting, and the potential impact on their credit score.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to BHPH customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, sales activities, and customer interactions, reporting to management as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in BHPH sales, automotive sales, or a related field is a plus
- Strong understanding of BHPH financing processes and regulations, or the willingness to learn.
