Job Summary
This role involves supporting the Commercial Lines Underwriting Department with administrative tasks, record compliance, and clerical needs.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and distributing daily New Business Reports
- Ordering and tracking Commercial Line Inspections
- General administrative duties including email handling and follow-up with Agents
- Processing endorsements
- Maintaining records and policy files according to established guidelines
- Assisting in developing reports and preparing requests for reports
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Data organization and interpretation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
