Your job will be to help these people by coordinating and expediting their repairs. It’s rewarding to help customers who frequently come in needing assistance.

As an Automotive Service and Tire Expert Representative, you will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers, maintaining contact with existing customers, and ensuring a positive service experience. You will greet guests, build rapport, answer questions about vehicles, and facilitate information gathering.

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers as they arrive with respect, a smile, and professionalism
• Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
• Answer customer questions about their needs, the vehicle service process, and their goals for their car
• Advise customers on solutions that meet their objectives
• Use CRM software to maintain a customer database for repeat business and marketing
• Conduct discussions to detail the primary issues customers are concerned with
• Complete the process while maintaining a high level of customer connection and care
• Maximize production and develop jobs for your crew of technicians

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid state-issued driver’s license
• Prior customer service experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage time and serve customers with minimal supervision
• Typing, writing, and listening skills; former POS experience is a plus
