- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate staff
- Greeting customers that visit the dealership
- Making outbound follow up calls to customers
- Data entry
- Process document requests
- Assist with title follow ups and/or processing
- Make copies and fax documents
- Filing
- Booking deals in the system
- Contacting customers
- Daily money reconciliations
- Reviewing documents and checking for errors
- Running reports from the system
- Order supplies
- Assisting managers on special projects
- Open and distribute mail
- Process customer refund checks.
- High school diploma
- One or more years of administrative work experience (preferred)
- Ethical and professional
- Excellent communication skills are essential
