As a Warehouse Manager you are enthusiastic about working with suppliers and vendors to ensure client satisfaction. You are skilled at listening, overcoming objections, fulfilling the needs of your clients and team, and developing and achieving strategic initiatives on time. You are a humbly confident team leader with an eagerness to learn and help your teammates grow.
As a Warehouse Manager with Autobahn Fort Worth, you will be responsible for:
- Managing warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
- Hiring, training and developing, and retaining high performing team members
- Establishing warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
- Setting warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads
- Monitoring workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees
- Ensuring all parts are correctly labeled and packaged for safe delivery
- Working with suppliers or vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues with parts
- Maintaining accurate records of all parts received, shipped, and inventoried
Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership skills, including the abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict
- Exceptional time management and organization skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
