Maintenance Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance plans for all building systems and equipment.
  • Analyze equipment data to identify potential issues and prioritize maintenance tasks.
  • Create detailed work orders with necessary information for technicians, including parts lists and safety procedures.
  • Schedule maintenance activities to minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Support daily maintenance tickets, inventory, scheduling, submitting requisitions, and utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and CMMS.
  • Monitor and track completion of preventive maintenance tasks within CMMS.
  • Recording components and supply production usage to increase manufacturing efficiency.
  • Implementation of lean manufacturing maintenance practices to maximize production down time for the facility.

Facilities Coordination

  • Respond to facility maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for repair and maintenance services, including obtaining quotes and managing contracts.
  • Oversee building system operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of facility supplies and equipment, including ordering replacements, as needed.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety

standards.

  • Implementation of 5S principles, including visual management and additional organizational aids.
  • Organize and implement continuous improvement projects within the facility.

Administrative Tasks

  • Generate reports on maintenance activities, costs, and compliance.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance records and works orders within the CMMS.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address facility needs and coordinate projects.
  • Budget management for maintenance activities and vendor contracts.
