Responsibilities :

Prepare and submit warranty claims

Follow up on claims and ensure that all criteria is met that is required by manufacturer

Reconcile all warranty receivables and communicating with the accounting department regularly

Able to work with little supervision

Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Requirements :

Previous experience a plus

Ability to provide quality customer service

Willingness to take initiative

Quality writing and grammar skills

Computer literacy

Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily

Detailed follow up

Professional appearance

Ability to work independently
