About the Role:
The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic right hand to AutoLeap's co-CEOs, driving operational efficiency and executing on high-priority business initiatives. This individual will be instrumental in aligning teams, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring the leadership team is focused on the most impactful opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Planning & Execution - Work directly with the co-CEOs to develop and execute key business strategies
- Operational Excellence - Improve internal processes and drive operational efficiencies across the organization
- Project Management - Lead high-impact projects from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication and execution of strategic initiatives
- Executive Support - Prepare presentations, reports, and data-driven insights to assist leadership in decision-making
- Experience: 3-6 years of professional experience, preferably within Software Operations and Consulting backgrounds
- Execution-Oriented: Ability to take projects from ideation to execution
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive and resourceful approach
- Hybrid Schedule: In-office (Mon - Thurs.), WFH (Every Friday)
