Your Mission : Build a World-Class Knowledge Ecosystem
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering next-generation product content, ensuring that users can operate LINQ workcells with confidence-anytime, anywhere.
Your Core Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management (30%)
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging documentation, including user guides, FAQs, API references, and troubleshooting resources.
- Ensure content is tailored to different user personas, from lab technicians to automation engineers.
Knowledge Management (20%)
Automation & In-Product Content Delivery (20%)
Quality Assurance & Optimization (15%)
User Engagement & Continuous Improvement (15%)
What we're looking for
