What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Automated Health Systems?
Automated Health Systems has multiple positions available in the Pittsburgh area. Positions are remote from the Pittsburgh, PA office. Must be able to pick up equipment in the Pittsburgh (North Hills) office.
Eligibility Specialist: This role will be responsible for providing education, assistance, and eligibility services to Medicaid customers. You will be responsible for providing support to ensure that callers understand the application process and documentation required. This will involve interviews and eligibility assistance.
Customer Service Representative: This role will be responsible for helping callers with questions about unemployment claims and questions. You will respond to a wide range of calls related to Tier 1 support and executes the appropriate workflows based on the type of request.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services
- Reviewing and determining eligibility and enrollment on assigned workload.
- Providing quality customer service and support.
Qualifications for the position include:
- Team Player with excellent communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
- Strong PC Proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in health care industry required.
- Minimum of one year eligibility experience preferred.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) strongly preferred.
