Automated Health Systems is a premier healthcare focused customer service call center vendor. Join at the front end for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced contact center environment.
Position is remote and must have a private/secure workspace with a door.
Position requires a hard-wired internet connection (40MBps download/10mbps upload), like DSL or cable, in place in the workspace.
This is a fully remote role; must reside in Maryland.

- Training Schedule: Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Call Center Responsibilities:
- Assisting individuals and families with information and questions about DHS Programs.
- Providing accurate and consistent information.
- Providing quality customer service and support.
Call Center Qualifications for the position include:
- Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people.
- Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
- Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
- Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) strongly preferred.
