Job description
Automated Health Systems has multiple positions available in Ohio area. Positions are remote from the Columbus, OH office. Must be able to pick up equipment in the Columbus, OH office.
Eligibility Specialist: This role will be responsible for providing education, assistance, and eligibility services to Medicaid customers. You will be responsible for providing support to ensure that callers understand the application process and documentation required. This will involve interviews and eligibility assistance.
Customer Service Representative: This role will be responsible for helping callers with questions about unemployment claims and questions. You will respond to a wide range of calls related to Tier 1 support and executes the appropriate workflows based on the type of request.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma;
- 2 years’ call center experience;
- 2 years' health insurance experience;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years’ phone-based customer service ;
- Previous eligibility experience;
- Associates Degree/Bachelors in related field
- Bilingual language skills.
