Responsibilities:

• Obtaining customer information via States’ eligibility system; determining eligibility for federal programs
• Evaluating requests and findings to determine eligibility for assistance
• Interpreting policies to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations

Qualifications for the position include:

• Strong PC Proficiency with a willingness to learn multiple programs
• ·Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal health information
• Minimum two to four years’ experience with determining eligibility required
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of DHS programs preferred
• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field required; equivalent training/experience considered

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
