As an IT Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical set-up and support (via chat, email or phone) for employees in a call center environment.
Qualifications for the position include:
- Minimum two to three years’ experience in a Help Desk support role required.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server products and network infrastructure required.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Windows for end user application support required; ability to run reports to diagnose system errors and issues.
- Must have strong work ethic and problem-solving skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and excellent customer service with ability to multitask and manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred; A certification preferred.
