Seeking a facility Custodial Operations Manager to join our dynamic team!
Great stable employment with an established employer.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
The ideal candidate would possess facility maintenance (Cleaning) and managerial experience.
Job duties include cleaning office buildings, training new cleaners, supervising cleaners, ordering and delivering supplies, handling customer complaints, making sure cleaner hours are within budget.
Compensation will be discussed at the time of interview and will be based on experience.
Great work environment within a small company!
This management position generally starts at 4:30 pm and can take between 5-8 hours Monday through Friday.
Some weekends are required.
Up to $1,000 sign on bonus for qualified managerial candidate.
Clean criminal background required.
